New Website Updates

Hi South Coasters!

By now you’ve had a look at the new website, and by now you’ve seen some errors and glitches.  Please be patient as we work through these.  Here a few things we are working on…

Log in.  There is no need to log into our scbmwrc website.  It is open.  You must however, log into the Membership side of the website; essentially everything under the Membership tab.  Included under that tab are all things related to renewing, joining, making a payment, and tracking membership.  These functions are now being handled by the MOA on a third-party website and are protected behind that log in.

Forums.  The forums did not pull over properly.  We are missing everything after February.  We are working on this.

Events.  We are working on pulling over ALL of our events, out to Mid-2025.  These will appear under the Events tab where you can get the info and sign up, just as you did on the old site.

As you notice problems, or even if you just have suggestions regarding the look and feel of the site, please post your comments in this forum thread.  We invite your feedback.

Thanks Tom, Good question.

I don’t know but I have a meeting tonight with the web developer so hope to have an answer by tonight.  I’ll post the response in this thread.

Date for the Club Picnic in the information part of the pull down shows as Jul 13, which is incorrect.

The banner for the event has the correct date.  (SAT JULY 27)
