[Roberto Giraldes]

Salute! I would like to introduce myself as a new member. Name’s Roberto Carneiro Giraldes, 08/19/1954, I am from Brazil but I have been living here in the USA since September, 2013. I am retired and I used to work as a lawyer in my country. I bought my first motorcycle when I was 21 years old – Honda 500 Four – and since then I have had others motorbikes. Nowadays I have a BMW GS1200. From 2000 until 2009 I used to be a competitive cyclist – mountain bike and road bike – but after my last race in 2009 I got a herniated disc and I had to stop. I have been dealing with that problem for years because sometimes my back is good and sometime is bad. I live in Aliso Viejo and I have moved to the USA because my daughter and grandchildren live here. I hope we can ride thousands of miles in the future. Thanks Roberto

Welcome to the club Roberto! I too had a 500/4 back in 1972. Wish I still had it. You will find that the club is an eclectic mixture of personalities and rider skills. Look forward to haveing you on board and sharing the road.
