Hi Members,
Planning for the annual Christmas Party is well underway, but the date is rapidly approaching. I hope you all have blocked out Saturday evening, December 14th to join fellow members in celebrating this joyous time of year. If you have not already registered it is time to go to the Event page and do so. By registering you help us better provide for all that attend.
So, what is going on at the Christmas Party this year.
* The evening gets underway at 6:00 pm with members and guests “Mingle and Jingle”
* Appetizers by Chef Eric from the Flattrack Cafe.
Mini BLT bites with candied bacon, beefsteak tomato, roasted garlic cilantro ranch with blue cheese crumbles.
* Pete R will have his Pro Photo studio set up, so “dress your best” to take advantage of this opportunity to get some great pictures of you and your spouse / partner.
* Dinner will commence about 7:00 pm, announced with a greeting from our President. Adding a homey feel to the evening meal, we are honored to have Chef Eric prepare and present our main dish.
Slow cooked Prime Rib with creamy Horseradish sauce and Rosemary Thyme jus.
Airline Roasted Chicken with Lemon Buerre Monte sauce.
(I am sure members will get creative with their Potluck dishes to compliment Chef Eric’s main dish offerings.)
* The “FUN and JOYOUS” gift exchange. This is always a great part of the evening, MC’d this year by Board member Ryan G. We will all be entertained as gifts are opened, stolen, stolen again and perhaps again! Will the Gnome show up this year? and who will take him home? To participate in the gift exchange bring a wrapped gift, place it under the tree and put your name on the Gift Exchange list. ( We suggest a $25 gift value limit.)
* Support the Toy Drive. Bring a unwrapped toy to donate to the toy drive, supported each year by Irv Seaver BMW Motorcycles.
* The year in review and what is on the horizon.
We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible at this year’s Christmas Party. Please register, show up and join in the fun.

Change II – Ralph & Patti will not be bringing a potato salad but, a beautiful rustic crockpot filled with a hearty dish of bacon and baked beans. The beans are said to be tender and soaked in a rich, sweet, and tangy sauce, glistening with a hint of molasses and brown sugar. The thick crispy pieces of bacon are also said to be generously mixed throughout, with their smoky aroma wafting through the air.
The vibrant mix of navy and pinto beans includes fresh herbs like parsley or thyme sprinkle the top, providing a pop of color and creating a comforting, savory masterpiece that invites everyone to dig in. The warm, inviting aroma and the sight of this delicious dish should compliment the other guest dishes.

I don’t see a green salad on the list so… the Wolfs will bring a cranburry pecan green salad. Ric, you can slap me back into my ‘side dish’ box if needed.

- Click Back to album in the upper left to return to the Album View Mode.
- Click the outward-facing diagonal arrows in the upper right to enter full-window mode.
- In full-window mode these will change to inward-facing arrows which will return you to Single Photo View.
- Click the arrows on either side of the photo to scroll through previous/next photos.
- Click the down-facing arrow in the bottom right corner to download the individual photo.
