Nice – when you get back home, it should be just about time for the 600 mile service as it’ll be more than 400 on the odo when you’re back.
Hey John – Where do the .trf files come from (or what is a .trf file)?
Unfortunately, Lorna and I have had to cancel for this weekend due to other commitments. So a room has opened up at the Sea Pines Resort if anyone is interested.
Lorna and I are in for this. We’ve just reserved a room at Pea Soup Andersons.
Another excellent newsletter – thanks for all the work you’ve done on these!
There’s also new versions of Garmin Express for PC and Mac available.
Thanks Bill.
Hey Willis – I’m sure you can stay wherever you like, though you’ll probably need to make your own arrangements.
My bad – not sure what I was looking at.
Eric – I just noticed this event isn’t on the Club Calendar?
Lorna and I just reserved a room at the Sea Pines Resort hotel, we got the last one at the $141/night rate. This should be a fun weekend!
Hey Karl – Do you know if your windscreens would fit a 2016 RT?
Ron
Hey Eric – Let me know if you need any assistance with GPX route files!
Seeing as no one else is hoteling, and the nearest available hotel is almost an hour away from the campsite, we won’t be attending this one unfortunately.
Is anyone else going and not camping?
Lorna and I are interested in attending but need to find a hotel/motel/cabin somewhere. The cabins at Stagecoach Trails are closed, and Kokopelli’s Hideaway is booked up that weekend. So we’re a maybe at this point unless we can find something fairly close to the campground.
I also have the Shoes Neotec 1 and like it a lot – comfortable and easy to add comms to it. But again, it all comes down to the shape of one’s head.
Back atcha Chris, and to all the South Coasters – Merry Christmas, and let’s hope the new year is a great one!
My Nav 6 doesn’t show the MyRoute things either when I import it. Maybe they’re talking about the Garmin XT that was released not too long ago.
Hey Bill – That’s neat stuff, but when you import the route into BaseCamp or your Garmin GPS – it’s all gone. So for me, I might as well do it in BaseCamp.
