Nice Willis. Jealous that you’ve fully populated your US map on the pannier … a bit of a bucket list item for me but I’ve only got mine around 2/3rds done.
Thinning the herd a little Karl? Both bikes are set up nicely, GLWS.
Have fun gents, I’m bummed but have officially tapped out. Just can’t justify risking a reversal on the healing process.
Thanks Gents .. I miss the days of bouncing after throwing the dirt bike away in 5th, vs tripping on a raised section of concrete while out walking the dog at night and spending weeks in pain. 😉
Weather looks perfect .. keep fingers crossed for me. I took a hard fall a few weeks ago and tore my rotator cuff on the right and smashed a couple of ribs on the left. Wasn’t up to riding for my free breakfast yesterday, but haven’t completely given up on DV next weekend.

Thanks for the reminder Dave, will be a GREAT event as always. I think the move to March is going to work out nicely as well. Just sent my entry fee to John.

Very nice!
another great edition Harry, thanks.
absolutely love this! thanks for posting it.
I was curious about the 1976 date, since we have documentation showing we have been a club since 1974?
Eric and Sergio, hope this finds you feeling better. Chris
Thanks for the props John, but since all I did was help you unweight the bike and pop in bottom bolts on the front and rear shocks, I certainly don’t deserve any credit for the work you and the other club members did upgrading your suspension. Kinda jealous of the Traction suspension you installed, I have heard nothing but praise for the improvements they make in handling!
Sounds like a great opportunity to learn how to do suspension work on a modern BMW. A task I’d bet the majority of us have never undertaken.
Thanks Warren
Another great edition Harry! The Baja trip looked epic, and gave me flashbacks of joy from dirt adventures through Catavina, San Quintin, Canyon de Guadelupe, etc.
I commend the BOD big time for this outreach and desire to ensure alignment of the BOD with the membership=club
