31st Annual Death Valley Rendezvous March 10th – 12th 2023It’s time again to register for the Airheads DVR. I will be leading the ride up and back to Furnace Creek – at a moderate pace. Chris Roady and I will be riding our airheads, but an airhead is not required to attend. If you prefer to ride faster than 70mph, after leaving Flo’s just meet us at Furnace Creek. We’ll be leaving from Flo’s Airport Cafe at Chino Airport, 7000 Merrill Ave, Chino CA 91710 on 3/10/23 on Friday morning, time TBA. We’ll be camping in the Furnace Creek Campground TENT ONLY camping area. There will be many great Saturday day-ride options such as Dante’s View, the town of Darwin and the Wildrose Charcoal Kilns. If you’ve never experienced Death Vally, this is the perfect time of year to do it. And….. the stars at night are amazing. If you don’t want to camp, there is nearby lodging. https://www.oasisatdeathvalley.com/lodging/the-ranch-at-death-valley/ If you choose the hotel option, you won’t need to pay the $100 unless you want to eat and drink with us.The cost is $100 for camping, food, beverages and bonfire. Please register and pay as soon as possible, as space is limited.Motorcycle parking is plentiful near our campsite, however car, truck, motor home and trailer parking present problems. Let John Covington know if you are bringing transportation other than a motorcycle. On Friday they’ll provide a light breakfast and a wonderful dinner.
