Questions:
1) Do you ever have problems accessing any area of the club website? – yes, yes, yes!!!
2) How often do you experience an access problem somewhere on the site when you log in? 50%
3) Does it make you access the club page less? – yes, only when I have too
4) Is it something you would like improved? – yes
5) Do you access with a Mac and Iphone
6) Comments? I complained about this in the past and my complaints were blown off because I’m told I’m illiterate! By the way I’ve had to submit this 4 times to get it to work!

I grew up in the 60s, so I’m not sure I can remember all of the questions, much less the correct order, but here goes:
1. Yes, occasionally
2. 20% or so. Just a WAG
3. No. I’m an addict.
4. Of course, unless it takes a LOT of work or costs a lot to fix.
5. PC and Android
6. I have occasional conversations with the previous webmaster. The site he built wasn’t nearly as functional or robust, but there weren’t any problems getting in. For a while, it ran slow, so he (the previous webmaster on one of his more lucid days) contacted tech support who suggested it had to do with the cache size. He changed it and the problem seemed to go away. I’m not sure that would help this site. The old site was php driven and I don’
t believe this is.
The best advice I can give is to realize this is not a work site. The most important common thing we should have in common is that we come home safe and our motorcycles run. Everything after that is secondary.

4) Is it something you would like improved? – If others are having problems then yes

6) Comments? About once a month I need to sign in again, that is really my only problem.

2) How often do you experience an access problem somewhere on the site when you log in? It’s like walking in a minefield.
3) Does it make you access the club page less? – No, because I love the member comments such as what Bill Allen has to say. Who could stay away?
4) Is it something you would like improved? – It depends upon what the meaning of the word “is” is.
5) Do you access with a Mac and iPhone – Always.
6) Comments? Seriously, it only happens when I use the Safari browser. If I use the Chrome browser, I never have a problem.

I have not experienced any significant problems with the website. I almost always
use my Windows PC.

I never have any problems with the web site on my PCs or iPhone. Everything works for me.
Noting missing here except Mark B’s updates to the Photo Gallery…missing that 🙁

David – I’ll start updating the club’s photo gallery again soon. I get most of the photos from the club’s Facebook page. I was off Facebook for a while which explains the absence of photos. It took a bit of persuasion, but Bill finally let me back into the club’s FB membership 😉

Here are what we have experienced:

2) How often do you experience an access problem somewhere on the site when you log in? – 3.57%
3) Does it make you access the club page less? – No, peoples comments sometimes make me use it less…..
4) Is it something you would like improved? – Yes, if it will help those that are experiencing problems and is at a reasonably cost.
5) Do you access with a Mac or a PC? PC (Laptop and Surface) and IPhone
6) Comments? My challenges are primarily accessing the site on my IPhone, I understood that to be a challenge on the mobile platform.

Find this to be a significant improvement over the last website, I talked to an old user and he agreed, actually he never disagrees…… 🙂

1) Do you ever have problems accessing any area of the club website? – yes, the same issue as you. I was using Chrome. Selected clear cookies and other data and it cleared up. I have had to do that on both PC and Andriod/Apple phone
