The undersigned hereby acknowledges that motorcycling is or may be an inherently dangerous activity and that participation in any South Coast BMW Riders Club Inc. (The Club) event, whether or not formally organized or sponsored, shall be at his or her risk. The undersigned understands that The Club makes no representation, express or implied, as to the safe and proper organization or conduct of any function or riding event, sanctioned or participated in by its officers or members.
The undersigned hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Club, and it officers and members against any and all losses or liabilities which may result as a consequence of participation in any such event or activity, at any time, irrespective as to the membership status of the undersigned within The Club.
