Hi All,
Thanks to Bill R for catching my bad planning of the September GM. I’ve moved the day away from Labor Day weekend to the second Saturday, the 9th.
We have several signed up for Bike Night at Irv Seavers. I’m bringing a pop up, club brochures, and a bowl of candy. Let’s get more club members out to hang out, talk about how great the club is, and sing karaoke.

Super excited for this springtime ride. The skies, desert, mountains, colors should be spectacular. Not to mention the great people!
If you’ve never been to a rally, this is a great way to get your feet wet. Your fee paid to the Northern California BMW club covers four nights of camping at the Mariposa County Fairgrounds. They’ll have food, vendors, beer garden, Saturday night dinner, live music, seminars, poker run, GS Giants course, English Trials course, and all around fun in one spot.
Also, I believe Rawhide training is still available at the 49er Rally.

Last Call! The merchandise store will close on March 31st. Final five days to get your order in for your South Coaster merchandise. Buy a hat, order a polo, sport a dry bag, corner a quarter zip; get your South Coast gear and wear it proudly to club events (or office parties, Harley Hangouts, and salon days!). Use the Merch drop down at the top of the page or follow this link.
I’ll be doing my 36k service; full service. I just ordered the kit from Beemer Boneyard. It includes oil and air filters, spark plugs, all crush washers and o rings. Does not include engine or final drive oil though. I use Liquid Moly.
Just a reminder folks, the store closes at the end of this month. Get your orders in. Wear your South Coaster gear!

Since we’ll have plenty of coffee, donuts, and room to work, we’re inviting anyone who wants to do any type of maintenance on your ride to come out on the Saturday, the 23rd. If you just want to come out, have a cup of coffee and a doughnut and give “been there, done that” advice; well, that would be alright too.

The cost is $100 which includes camping, food, beverages and bonfire. Please register and pay ASAP!On Friday they’ll provide a light breakfast and a wonderful dinner. Saturday we’ll get a light breakfast and Saturday dinner, and is included with your prepaid admission. They will have a big bonfire and beverages.They always manage to have “coffee”.Make your check out, and mail to:John Covington
