Irv Seaver will have a Toys for Tots bin again this year, and I ask that all that come to the General Meeting bring an unwrapped toy to contribute.
The meeting will likely be outside the new showroom, due to current restrictions. Feel free to bring a chair!
We will have a guest speaker about the last ride (Morro Bay), a 50/50 raffle, AND, if we have enough members present, we can do the vote on the ByLaw changes (if not, it will need to be done via Survey Monkey or similar.
Following the meeting, there will be a ride to a lunch (not fully determined yet), but count on 100-150 miles, into mid afternoon.
Hope to see you all there!
Bill, the date of the next scheduled meeting needs to be corrected. Also, can you post as a pdf?
Thanks.Saturday Day Ride—–This is what I have conjured. Of course, it is optional, but some new roads. Not a long ride, but a lunch stop that might be pretty good!
Another option is Kennedy Meadows, etc.Attachments:
Well, we have a new member joining us—–Brent. Sorry you (Glibert and Warren) can’t make it.
And, I’ll have a couple routes for Saturday if anyone wants them, later this evening.
For those who wish to ride to Kernville in a group, here is the route and map. Meet at 9 a.m. 10/16, Panera Bread, wheels up (so to speak) at 9:30. Gas stop in Mojave if needed, and lunch in Keene. Another stop on Caliente Creek Road at Twin Oaks General Store (TOGS). Should be about a 5 hour ride, including stops.
I’ll add a Saturday ride, but you may opt to do a different route, etc.
And, there will be a couple of options for the ride home Sunday.

I’ll have a route there, for any who care to ride up in a group, hopefully by this evening.
I’ll do a little research. Cheryl’s, next to the Inn, will be open. And, I’m looking at That’s Italian Saturday night (we can order to go and eat on the lawn).
Sounds good, Erasmo! And, Beth is working to drive up with others to keep us in line! Sure do wish Mark and Cindy could be there.
We would have to add a question to the New Member Questionnaire to find out. I know that Elaine said Irv Seaver ran out of brochures. But it’s part of overall promotion, in addition to word of mouth, referrals, and so on.
Thanks, Warren, for leading this ride, and also to Bill R. for leading Group 2.
Long day, but fun! And the Apple Pie I brought home was Excellent!Great, Brandon! Thanks mucho, and get your butt on a (Club) ride soon!
I’m in for camping also. There will be a Saturday day ride, never fear! Maybe a jaunt around the Salton Sea this time?
There are, at this time, 6-7 rooms still set aside for us. Let’s fill the place up!
On another note, same topic, is there anyone who will be driving? Beth would like to carpool up to Kernville if possible! Please let us know.
Me camping, Warren.
Thanks, Ron, for putting this together! It is like herding cats, isn’t it!
Steve L, David E., Erasmo, and I rode Yokohl Road from Lemon Cove, then the straight hot
shot home. I got home about 3pm and hit the showers! Thanks to all for a good time. And, the camping was pretty good, although not in the Park. The showers and pool helped keep us cool!
Bill Allen, this one’s for you—wish you could have been there!

Too late to cancel one of the two spots we still have. So, we’ll just keep the two sites and hopefully have some trees to set up under!
Great, Eric.
I’m canceling site #3, as I’ll be working out of town the next couple of days, and it doesn’t look like we have any more campers. There still will be room on the two sites we have.NOTICE: If we do not fill up the camping by Wednesday morning, I will be cancelling one of the sites, so please, if you are camping, let us know sooner rather than later.
Very nice, y’all!
From my count, which may be wrong, we have about 15 campers thus far. Although some I counted as campers may be hoteling.
I am looking at possibly staying over an extra day (Sunday). If anyone is interested, I’m sure there will be a site available.
