Thanks Bill. Done.
Great newsletter Erasmo. Just found out today that Lawrence Fishburn (Hollywood actor) just bought my 1994 R1100rs from Irv Seaver. Hope he gets as much enjoyment out of it as I did.
I have the app that Bill is referring to on phone and it works great.
John,
First of all a big shout out and thanks to John & Rick for all of their efforts. I too like the new format and ease of movement. I would suggest an update on the photos in the heading portion of the new site. I’m sure many of those photos are several years old (nothing wrong with these photos) and in line with “new web site” the content should be updated as well where possible. Again, job well done!!
You’re doing a great job Bill. Thanks.
It is still on Rick C. I contacted Bill R to put it back on our facebook web page. Not sure why it was taken off in the first place.
The majority of us already made that assumption Mr. Reitz!! Too funny!
Very nice issue Erasmo!! Loads of recaps and updates.
Totally agree with Tom H on too many connections creates additional distractions.
I have paired with Tom H. on past rides with my Sena unit and it worked very well. At a minimum I plan on connecting (Laughlin Ride) with whomever is acting as sweeper for our group.
Good suggestion/recommendation Rick. The Tyre seminar shoudn’t take more than a half hour (given Bill’s expertise with this software). I started from scratch and built 3 maps in 20 minutes. Files can be “saved as” in .gpx files.
Secured my Safari tent for the weekend. Darn it. They’re already set up, electrical supply, and no air pumps required. Lol.
All one battery. I can get ~ 2 hrs of straight video shooting. Have never run out of juice using just the communicator portion (radio, music, intercom). Can also plug in via bike battery if needed. I didn’t have my charger for the day ride.
you got it!!
Here’s one for you Rick. Ran out of battery before we got into the twisty’s. Next time.
https://youtu.be/n8hZkwacRdcHere is a short video of our group on the Rock Inn ride. Most of the video is of Tom C., Erasmo, John and Beth. The vistas were beautiful.
It really looks great Tom. MM does really nice work. Thanks for the recommendation.
As we discussed at last week’s ride there is a lot of interest in not only Tyre but Base Camp as well. I’m all for it John.
Great pics Erasmo. Thanks for posting!!
They did Scott. Couldn’t be happier with it. Vern, Paul, Tom, Bill all used him early on and he still has and offers the logos and custom designed embroidery.
