Routes can be emailed or shared on Twitter or Facebook. I shared Karl’s route for the Joshua Tree ride on the Club’s Facebook page. This will make it easy to get routes out to all of us, you just need to sign up for the Club FB page. Routes can be shared privately, with a group (like us) or made public so the whole world can see them.
Well Mark, as trips are posted here some people will answer they are going and some just show up at the start point. The motel/camping trips get the most response since there may be limited rooms/sites available.
Hope that some what answers your question
Thanks Rick !! I knew YOU could fix it.
YAY, Rick fixed the upload problem !!!!!
Lets see if I can help upload the GPX route.
Nope, I couldn’t do it either. Looks like a job for Rick when he returns from Death Valley.

David, remember to contact Mike Romo. The Cedar City Getaway is a motel event (see bmwmoa.org for info). Mike is camping AFTER he goes to the Getaway.
WOW !! I guess some of you do read the Facebook site. I changed the FB event from private to public then deleted the private event, that must have been the notice some got. I’ll try to post it right from now on.
Gentlemen, you have all missed the point of my original post !! If all the riders were linked up they could ALL tell me what a wonderful ride leader I am and how much they enjoy following me. That’s all I had in mind. 😉
I sure hope that small, cramped tent doesn’t have a leaky air mattress that took the LOUD air pump to fill it like two years ago. 😁
Rick you & Lisa are NOT camping, you have a small motel !!!
Karen & I are in for camping.
Dale, are there two batteries in the unit or do you run out of power for the camera & communicator together ??
Thanks to Beth & John from Karen and I. We had a great time right up till getting on the 22 west when I felt the rear tire start wobbling. I got off on Haster and pulled right into an Arco station that was right there at Garden Grove Blvd. Got out my trusty little tire inflator and couldn’t get it to hold any air. I see no nails or cuts but something is wrong. Got on the phone to Progressive roadside assistance at 7:15, they should be here at 8:45.
Hey Rick, this ride is January 16 not 23. Just keeping you honest.
Karen and I will be at Seaver before 9am.
