Hope everyone got partially satisfied for riding after last weekend and are ready for two days riding this coming weekend to Morro Bay and back!
Please note, I corrected the meet up place and time above. I had played with a few options and apparently did not correct the above location. Here is the correct meet up:
8:30am Meet up, 9:00am Departure
Panera Bread
990 Town Center Drive, Unit A
La Canada Flintridge, CA 91101I understand the following folks have expressed interest in one way or another to ride up together:
Wagner
Borgeson
Omlor
Pirosh
Troffer (mending!)
Wade
DomingeWe will not be doing the dual sport leg due to lack of interest, all pavement Mike Pirosh!
Meeting us at Morro Bay:
Nelsons
Wassenaar
Leo
VanZanten Family! It is Monday and I am already looking forward to it!
Let’s just get to riding! đ
Good Catch Dan, I am in for bfast at the Harbor Cafe if anyone else is. Nice to start the ride with a group as the sun is staring to rise!
Who is in?
K
This being the last Ralf Solstice ride…..I may have to be “sick” this day………..
Sharon and I are in…..two heads…..not certain how many bikes…….
Ok, from the Ride List and in the thread above I believe we have about dozen bikes, about half camping. Again, VERY sorry I could not get a hotel reservation. If you are staying in a hotel and if more rooms are available at that hotel, post here for information to the group.
Dining options are filling in well. Saturday evening dining at the Bayside Café across the street and on the bay is and option for nice dining in a Central Coast casual atmosphere.
Sunday breakfast at the Morro Bay Golf Course, a short morning walk from the campground, has a café with a great few of Morro Bay.
Because it is of course, it is all about the food……
Thanks all,
Karl

Perhaps work into the route to the 49’er Rally??
Thanks for putting together the pieces we sent you Erasmo. I know it came piecemeal! Great Job!
I must have accidentally deleted it when I tried to download it on my phone and accidentally hit the delete button placed right next to the item to be deleted. My deepest apologies to you Rick C and anyone else inconvenienced. Erasmo, please re-attach.
I saw it after Bill commented on it, tried it download it also, but it was not there. Thought I would try again this morning. K
After seeing a few of the roads in this area on the Borrego Springs Campout ride recently, I am looking forward to this Mt. Laguna even more!! Who is going????
Great to hear you and Cindy are making good progress! Thanks for the update, please do take us up on anything we can do!!!
I am surprised at the bike being totaled also, but good to hear you feel the value they are giving you is reasonable.
See or hear from you soon!
K&S
I looked at Borrego Palm Canyon Campground, at the bottom of S22 turn left on Palm Canyon Dr and follow the signs back toward the mountains. What time are you getting in Rick? I am leaving Torrance around 1pm.
We’re meeting John in Chino Hills at noon, then the fast route to Mt. Palomar for lunch. We expect to get to the campsite at 4 just in time to build the Taj Mahal. (sunset at 5:30).

Well, yes, just thought it might be of General Topic information to all. Some of us, myself included, do a bit better in a group environment than even the simpliest instruction, FAQ, etc.
I am receiving seveal emails with questions as to log on problems. Just thought this might be of interest, that is IF we are having a meeting, which is not on the calendar…..
Apologies for trying to stimiluate interest……….
Wow, did not know there were that many, is that only because of the 100th or is this typical?
Bikram, I am very sorry, but I appear to have removed the first file, I thought “detach” was intended to download……call me a rookie! Apology!
Karl – FYI, only Board Members have permission to do that.

I will be there, save me a camp spot for my tent. I will be coming in late, have to work most of the day Friday, đ Will be solo.
Great to hear you and Cindy are doing better Mark. Look forward to your guys full recovery!
I received an offer to assist you with bike transport from another club member. Email me if you would like to make that contact.
See you guys soon!
Perhaps Bill, I think we as a membership can positively consider what we as a group can do for the individual riders to reduce these incidents and yet continue to enjoy this sport however we individually enjoy it. Streemasters was and the BOD refreshing ride leader guidelines are a good start, I look forward to continuing this effort.
Thanks for your support and wisdom in this discussion.
