Chief Joseph Rally, John Day, OR
June 16 @ 8:00 am - June 19 @ 5:00 pm
The club is leading a Seven Passes ride the weekend before the Chief Joseph Rally. Some of you may want to join that ride and then continue on up to John Day, OR for the rally. Note that this is NOT a club ride, i.e., the club is not leading the ride, nor will it count toward mileage totals.
Note that registration opens on April 1st and the following Covid protocols will be in place:
- Attendance will be capped according to capacity limits of the Pavilion.
- Pre-registration will be required. Gate registration will not be available.
- Proof of vaccination and booster will be required when you get your wristband and registration packet at the gate. Photocopy or digital image of your vax card is acceptable.
- We will be following any masking mandate that may be in effect at the time of the rally.
The rally will be held at the Grant County Fairgrounds, in the historic western town of John Day, Oregon, nestled in the scenic Strawberry Mountains. Join us for a weekend of terrific riding, seminars, food and fellowship. John Day, Oregon is located near the Junction of US Hwy 395 and US Hwy 26. Enjoy the West’s best riding: gold and cattle country, refreshing mountain passes, painted hills, river canyons, and wide open desert. All this in one day’s riding! Visit the John Day Fossil Beds National Monument or any of four different museums.
